Weight Loss Diary – Week 2

I’m not at home today so my weigh in happened on my mum’s scales instead. I’m not sure how much difference that will make and if I’ll actually weigh differently when I get back home and back on the scales but we’ll see I guess.

I have been pretty good with my food choices this week, well until I got back to Liverpool anyway. I have given up chocolate and bread for Lent which started this week too. I know that’s not meant to be a selfish act to help towards my diet but every little helps. Although, I’ve had a custard slice today and I know my mum has made a trifle for after dinner tonight. There’s no way I can skip that, it’s my favourite!

Weight loss diary week 2

Week two weigh in:

Weight: 13 stone 11lbs

Hips: 43 inches

Waist: 34.5 inches

Thighs: 26 inches

The good news is I’ve had some weight loss! My weight, hips and waist have all gone down. My thighs have increased a bit but I’m less worried about that after the others have reduced from last week. I’m not feeling to bad about things because I never got a chance to see Rob this week and I didn’t stick to my morning cycles on the exercise bike like I intended to. I did manage a couple of mornings but not very many.

I know I’ve said this every week so far but I really need to buckle down. I’m definitely hoping to see more of a change next week. I have a couple of things in the week but I don’t think there is anything that should get in the way of my training and stuff this week. I’m going to try another of the MIC:FIT work outs at least. Also, I’m going to the BBC Good Food Eat Well Show this weekend so hopefully I should get some ideas from there. I excited, I’ve only been to baking shows (which are obviously full of really naughty treats) so I’m interested to see what’s around at the Eat Well show.

Here we go again.
