Cabin In The Woods

If you go down to the woods today, you’re sure of a big surprise. And no, I definitely do not mean a teddy bear’s picnic. I mean a crazy ass hunter that has raided your tent, stolen your belongings and given you just an hour to get them back before he starts to hunt you!

At least, that’s what Escape London’s newest escape room* would lead you to believe.

Clue hunters become the hunted

It was one of the busiest escape rooms that I’ve tried. There were lots of puzzles to try and crack which meant that our rather large group of seven all had something to work on. I like it when escape rooms are like that. It means that no one is just standing around doing nothing and getting bored.

We are the champions

I know the room had only been open a few days when we tried it out. But we are the current record holders, managing to escape in just 28 minutes! That’s pretty good going, even if I do say so myself.

With a 58% success rate, it’s one of the more difficult escape rooms that I’ve tried. So, the fact that we cracked it in that amount of time astounded me.

The creepy, horror movie-esque theme and the fun challenges, that definitely got the old grey matter working means that this was one of my favourite escape rooms so far! It was definitely worth the trip out to Shepherd’s Bush for.

I was invited along by Love Pop Ups London and Escape London for the purpose of reviewing the game. All thoughts and words are my own.

  • Day 19. o is for... outside. I have been so happy that the weather has started to cheer up. This little monster loves being outside and I’m so happy she can be without having the put about six layers on her first! I’m also hoping that I can finally say see you later to my big winter coat. Are you loving this weather? .
