Look at me getting one of these out on time! My July went a bit like this…
Making: plans. All of the plans. Meal plans, finance plans, life plans. I’m trying to sort my life out.
Cooking: all of the things on my meal plans. No more takeaways every week!
Drinking: water. The worst thing about going to the hairdressers is having all that time to study your face in the mirror. I definitely need to up my water intake!
Reading: things I’ve half read. I managed to finish one book off but I still have two half read on the go at the minute. I need to get them finished before I start on another.
Wanting: to get my passion back.
Playing: outside when we can. Cece loves being outdoors.
Deciding: to take control of my life again.
Wishing: for a new car.
Enjoying: spending time with my mum. She’s been helping cover the gaps in childcare while we find a new nursery for Cece and I started working again.
Waiting: for the summer weather to come back.
Liking: having an idea of how to get things back on track.
Wondering: if I’ll ever find a thin enough table for our hallway.
Loving: getting my life back together.
Pondering: what I actually want to do in life. Still this, always this lol.
Considering: trying to balance a freelance plan plus working and life.
Watching: Nashville. I watched eight episodes of the newest season while I was in Liverpool this weekend. Oh my word.
Hoping: that things are turning around.
Marvelling: at how fast time seems to be flying by. How is it August?!
Needing: a massage. My shoulder is buggered and rock hard.
Smelling: Paul Smith Rose. It’s my summer perfume.
Wearing: real person clothes again. Not just flinging on jeans and a t-shirt.
Noticing: that I need to write more things down to remember them!
Knowing: that things are looking up.
Thinking: about Christmas. Shhhh!
Buying: presents. Yep, I already started my Christmas shopping.
Getting: there, slowly but surely.
Bookmarking: present ideas.
Disliking: that it’s so bloody cold, where has summer gone?!
Giggling: at Cece. She’s so funny.
Feeling: like things might start getting a bit easier soon.
Snacking: on fruit, all the fruit.
Hearing: Kisstory. The radio station of choice at work. Also a whole load of podcasts.
I know not much has changed from last month but things seem to be on the up and here’s hoping by the end of the year I’ll have some grasp on my life properly. Fingers crossed, eh?
